1:1 Personal Training

1:1, 2:1 or in a small groups.

When you book in, we will assign you with one of our Personal Trainers.  The trainer will assess your current situation your needs and your goals.  They will create a program built around you - your work schedule, family schedule etc and how much you want to train.  It is up to you!


NO MEMBERSHIP – You train when you want to.  Only pay for the sessions you have.

You can train – 1:1, 2:1 or in a small groups.  This can all be discussed with your trainer.

This is the best way to achieve goals from the comfort of your own home.

Having a coach to be accountable to applies the right amount of pressure to reach a successful transformation.

Once an initial consultation is complete you will receive:

​

  • Bespoke Food plan designed round your likes/dislikes

  • Exercise programme that can be adapted to home, gym or outside workouts

  • 24/7 contact with your coach

  • Weekly/Bi weekly check ins

 

Your coach will have the ability to react quickly to any changes in your routine, and as you lose/gain weight plans will be updated accordingly.

In any transformation, transparency, consistency and commitment are key. Your coach will give you this and will expect 100% in return.

Pilates and Yoga

Yoga and Pilates are an effective way to distress your body and calm your mind. These practices focus on back pain relief, arthritis symptoms, improving sleep patterns, managing stress, and inducing an overall feeling of wellness.

 

It is common to start a Yoga/Pilates session and feel overwhelmed by movements, breathing techniques, and variations.

 

At KO Fitness and Therapy, we offer one-to-one sessions that will alleviate these worries and be specific to where your abilities lie.

Single Plans start from £35

Single food plans are developed to meet the needs of the individual. An initial assessment is taken and a program is devised from this.

This plan is ideal for the highly motivated person that does not require daily coaching.
