Our fully equipped studios are located in Braintree town centre, running on a non-membership basis.

Training sessions are booked via your PT on the day/time that suits your needs. As we are a private studio you are welcome to bring your children into sessions.

There will be you and your trainer ONLY throughout your time, meaning no fighting for equipment or fear of failure in front of crowds of people.
