My name is Kimberly Ogan, I am the owner and trainer here at Fitness For You

I have structured the studios to best suit a wide range of clients understanding that individuals work better when they feel safe and confident in their environment.

As a trainer I am results-driven, once the goal is set I will give my client 100% to help them achieve it. With mental/physical health being highly publicised these days, I feel passionate about helping as many people as possible, improving their way of life, feeling great in their skin, and living longer.

JENNI VODDEN
I am Jenni Vodden (VodBod PT), personal trainer, equestrian & lover of strength training & functional fitness. I’m a new face at Fitness For you, ready to help anyone who wants to learn to lift, lose weight, get fitter & transform their life.

Why I love my job – Seeing people defeat their goals, overcome physical and mental hurdles and making real healthy lifestyle is so rewarding. I love helping them on this journey and we always have fun along the way.

Finisher or favourite exercise – I love Crossfit style finishers with your box jumps and yes, even burpees but my all-time favourite exercise is the deadlift!

I am a highly motivated PT who loves to help people reach goals and lead a healthy lifestyle.
As a personal trainer, Physical fitness is great but mental
fitness is just as important so I am here to help build up your mental and physical fitness. Together we will work hard to reach your goals whatever they may be.
A little about me... I love to train and push myself to the max, I have always loved training and keeping fit mentally and physically. I also love martial arts and have trained in many different styles, I am now a Krav Maga Instructor and have been for many years.

I might be early in my fitness career but I have years of passion.
Qualified as a PT in August 2018
Qualified as a Group Class instructor in July 2018
But passionate about fitness & health since 2014!
I specialise in HIIT, circuit, weight training & Aerobics.
My goal is to help you feel your best self in your exercise, diet & everyday life.

Kai Alexander
I am passionate about making fitness fun; fitness should never be seen as a chore but as a way of escaping the stresses of everyday life. I have four years of experience in the fitness industry and have been extremely fortunate to work with a variety of clients in 1-2-1 sessions and group exercises over the years. I specialise in functional training to help aid you in everyday life and movements, as well as HIIT training.
My clients say that I am energetic and enthusiastic and there is never a session where we’re not laughing and making jokes. I take my time with every client to make sure they’re getting the exercise right, no matter how long it takes.
I love my job because I get to change lives. For an hour or two a week, I get to make an impact on bettering the physical and mental health of an individual and there is no other feeling like it.
I am the biggest lover of spin, having taught up to 6 spin classes a week at one time - you’ll never find not trying to work out whether a song on the radio would be a good spin track! My favourite finisher to absolutely blast your chest and arms is an unstable wide medicine ball push-up to failure on each side!
